Job Interview dalam bahasa inggris [Position : Secretary]

1.   Wiwit           : Excuse me, Miss. May I come in?

Inayah          : Yes. Please, come in and have a seat

Wiwit           : Many thanks, Miss.

Panda          : Excuse me, Miss. May I entrance this room?

Inayah          : Yes. Please, take sit down in the middle

Panda          : Thank you, Miss.

Lita              : Excuse me, Miss.

Inayah          : Yes. Please, take a sit.

    Lita              : Thanks a lot, Miss. 
2.  Inayah          : So, your name is Mr. Wiwit, right?

Wiwit           : Yes, that is right, Miss.

Inayah          : and, you are Mr. Panda, right?

Panda          : Yes, surely, Miss.

Inayah          : and, the last is Miss. Lita, right?

Lita              : Yes, you are right, Miss.

Inayah          : Very well, my name is Inayah. I am the head of the human resource department of 
                      this  company, PT GLOBAL OCEAN.

3.  Inayah          : How are you, Mr. Wiwit?

Wiwit           : I’m fine, Miss. Thank you, and how about you?

Inayah          : I’m fine too, and how is everything with you, Mr. Panda?

Panda          : I’m Okay, Miss. Thank you, and how about you?

Inayah          : I’m good, and How do you do, Miss Lita?

Lita              : how do you do, Miss.

4.   Inayah          : How’s the weather today Mr. Wiwit?

Wiwit           : it is glorious weather, Miss.

Inayah          : and how’s your feeling today Mr. Panda?

Panda          : I’m happy, because want to have job interview with you

Inayah          : how’s your trip to come here Miss. Lita?

Lita              : that is fluently, Miss.

5.  Inayah          : Very well. Could you tell me about yourself, Mr. Wiwit?

Wiwit           : Let me introduce myself, My name is Wiwit Fajar Widiatmoko. I was born on   
                     Tegal,    19^th June,  1994, I’m 19 years old.  I graduated from Poly Technique   
                     Harapan Bersama Tegal. I took Computer and Networking Technique as my 
                     major. I love playing football.

Inayah          : so, what’s your favorite football player?

Wiwit           : Mr……………………. is my idol

Inayah          : and. Please, introduce yourself to me, Mr. Panda

Panda          : My name is Iis Fanda. I was born on Tegal,    19^th June, 1994, I’m 19 years old.   
                     I graduated from Poly Technique Harapan Bersama Tegal.  Majoring in 
                     Computer and Networking Technique. I love playing football.

Inayah          : oh, same with Mr. Wiwit, what’s your favorite football player?

Panda          : Mr……………………. is my idol

Inayah          : and. Please, tell me little bit about you, Miss. Lita

Panda          : My name is Dwi Nurlitasari. I was born on Tegal,    19^th June,  1994, I’m 19 
                     years old.  I graduated from Poly Technique Harapan Bersama Tegal. I took 
                     major Computer and Networking Technique. I love modeling.

6.  Inayah          : Okay, what’s your motivation to come here, Mr. Wiwit?

Wiwit           : I would like to develop my knowledge, and practice what I get from my 
                     campus

Inayah           How about you, Mr. Panda?

Panda          : I would like to look for experience

Inayah          : and you, Miss. Lita, what’s your motivation to come here?

Lita              : I would like to get experience and improve my quality

7.  Inayah          : You applied to be our Secretary. Do you have any experience of this job, Mr. Wiwit?

Wiwit           : No, Miss. I am a fresh graduate. This is my first time to apply a full time job.

Inayah          : and do you have any job experience, Mr. Panda?

Panda          : Nothing Miss. I am also a fresh graduate.

Inayah          : and how about you, Miss. Lita?

Lita              : same with both of them

8.  Inayah          : What makes you decide to apply for Secretary?

Wiwit           : I think Secretary is an appropriate job position for me. I find it attractive and 
                     interesting as well. Due to the computer and networking technique major I 
                     took, I’m sure that my skills and talents will be conducive to this company’s 
                     success. I can also see a bright future of my career by joining this company.

Inayah          : and how about you, Mr. Panda?

Panda          : I think Secretary is up to with my knowledge basic, I am sure that I can 
                     handle    secretary’s duties

Inayah          : and what’s your motivation to applying secretary?

Lita              : beside secretary is up to with background education, it is also up to with my 
                      dream become secretary

9.   Inayah          : Okay, please tell me about your qualification, Mr. Wiwit

Wiwit         :I’m capable in computer literate, blind typing system, business correspondence,

and  Shorthand.  I also have good command in English both oral and

written.

Inayah          : and you, Mr. Panda?

Panda          : I’m able to operate computer, blind typing system, handle director schedule,

    and  Shorthand.  I also master in English both oral and written.

Inayah         : and could you tell me about your qualification, Miss. Lita?

Lita             : I master in computer literate, blind typing system, handle director schedule, I 
                     can make minute book and Shorthand.  I also have good command in English 
                     both oral and written.

10. Inayah        : Well, Mr. Wiwit, Mr. Panda and Miss. Lita, You can see that I hold a piece of paper, I
                         will  mention a sentence, and then please you write down into this paper using short 
                         hand.

“ I am secretary” =>>>>

11.Inayah          : Very well. So, what is your strength and weakness point, Mr Wiwit?

Wiwit           : My strength is my cheerfulness, my carefulness, my strong will to learn new

    Things, and my skill to work under pressures and as a team. My weakness is    

    my phobia of dark.

Inayah          : and, please tell me your strength and weakness point, Mr  Panda?

Panda          : My strength is my skill to work under pressures and work individual or in a  
                     team. My weakness is I less confident when I speak in front of public, but I am 
                     in processing solve it.

Inayah          : and you, Miss. Lita?

Lita              : My strength is my spirit and hard worker in every job

12. Inayah         : Okay. All of you maybe have any question?

Wiwit           : Nothing Miss

Inayah          : Well,  you might the one we're looking for, Mr. Wiwit, Mr. Panda and Miss. Lita. I'll 
                      contact you as soon the board of directors makes a decision about it.   Our 
                      company needs a capable person who understands the duties as a secretary.   I 
                      guess there's nothing more to say.    I hope I'll be seeing you soon.  Thank you for 
                      coming here.

Wiwit           : Thank you for your time Miss.

Panda          : Thanks a lot Miss.

Lita              : Thank you for the interview Miss.
